Returns are accepted only if products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number, details of the issue, and photographs of the product if applicable. We will guide you through the return process.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If an item is damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability. Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
